As part of our journey together, we will step into the powerful practice of the ice bath — a transformational experience that invites us to meet the cold with presence, courage, and breath.

More than just a physical challenge, the ice bath is a gateway to mental clarity, nervous system regulation, and deep inner strength. By consciously entering the cold, we activate the body’s natural resilience and open a space for profound stillness and empowerment.

In our ice bath ceremony, we will:
