​1. Booking
Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once you submit the completed booking form and transfer the full payment. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your payment.

2. Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
Due to limited capacity and planning requirements, we are unable to offer refunds in case of cancellation, regardless of the reason.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events.

3. Transfer of Booking
If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another person. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the start of the retreat with the name and contact details of the person taking your place.​
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed within 3 days of submitting the booking form. If no payment is received, your spot may be released without further notice.

5. Cancellation by Organizer
If the retreat must be cancelled by Namascape AG due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation outside of the retreat package.
